What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number if you give it, your website, what you need help with, your timeline and your message. If you arrived from one of our ads or links, the form also records which one (for example the campaign and ad name), so we know what's working. Nothing else is collected through the forms.

How it's used

Only to reply to your enquiry and to send the website check or quote you asked for. Your details are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.

Where it's processed

Form submissions are delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) and arrive as email to conor.foleydigital@gmail.com. Advertising cookies are only set if you agree to them (see below). Fonts are loaded from Fontshare and animation code from Cloudflare's cdnjs.

Cookies and advertising

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. If you agree to marketing cookies when you first visit, this site uses the Meta Pixel, delivered through Cloudflare Zaraz, to tell Meta when someone visits the page, views or starts a form, taps to call or email, or sends an enquiry. Meta uses this to measure our ads and show them to people more likely to be interested. It receives technical details such as your IP address and browser, but not the contents of your form. The same events are also sent directly from our server to Meta through its Conversions API, which helps Meta measure our ads when browsers block the Pixel; this also only happens if you agree. If you don't agree, none of this runs. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. Meta's own use of this data is covered by Meta's privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email conor.foleydigital@gmail.com and it will be actioned within 30 days.
